さて当店では３月の頭からおすすめメニューが変わりました♪

３月の頭といえばひな祭りがありましたね。
女の子の健やかな成長と健康を願う、3月3日の「桃の節句」季節の節目を感じますね。
春を感じるおすすめメニューを食べて季節感じてください♪

Hinamatsuri (Doll’s Festival): Hinamatsuri, also known as “Doll’s Festival” or “Girl’s Day,” is celebrated on March 3rd in Japan. 

This festival is dedicated to the health and happiness of young girls.

 Families with daughters display a set of ornamental dolls (hina-ningyō) dressed in traditional court attire from the Heian period (794-1185). 

The dolls are arranged on a multi-tiered platform covered with red cloth, with the Emperor and Empress dolls at the top and various court attendants, 

musicians, and other figures below.

As part of the celebration, special foods and sweets such as chirashi-zushi (scattered sushi), 

hina-arare (colored rice crackers), and hishi-mochi (diamond-shaped rice cakes) are enjoyed. 

The festival is a time for families to come together, wish for the well-being of their daughters, 

and appreciate the beauty of the traditional dolls and decorations.
